I still haven't received my order — is this normal?
Standard delivery is ~3 working days across Saudi Arabia. If it's past that, email support@voirah.store or call +966 53 246 8797 and we'll track it.
I entered the wrong delivery address — can I fix it?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering (before dispatch) and we'll update it. After it ships, we'll help once the courier can redirect or return the parcel.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Not yet — we currently deliver within Saudi Arabia only.
How do returns work?
Exchange or return within 7 days of delivery (unworn, tags on). Full details on our Exchange & Returns Policy. Start with support@voirah.store — don't ship anything back until we reply.
