  • We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days within Saudi Arabia.
  • Shipping is free for orders above 70 SAR. A flat rate may apply for smaller orders.
  • Voirah is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or external factors.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. accessories or undergarments) may not be eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@voirah.store with your order number and reason for return.
